Barnaby's Budgeting Tips: Day 4

He might not look like it, but Barnaby - our resident budgeting guru - loves keeping fit. Today's tip is all about keeping you and your wallet in shape.

Barnaby says:

"When was the last time you went to the gym? If you can't remember the answer to that question, it's probably time to cancel your gym membership! Look around for somewhere you can pay per session, or take up some free exercise like running or cycling instead. If you've got some experience in yoga or pilates, there are plenty of free exercises and classes to be found online (just search "yoga class" on youtube) fitness doesn't need to cost the earth!"
